I say go for it. NG is full of people that post both SFW and NSFW art pretty regularly, biggest one that comes to mind would be Speedo.
If you do start uploading suggestive / NSFW content to the portal, make sure to check the box on the upload screen "Opt out of any awards" just to make the art mods n' crowd happy. Looking forward to your art as always!

You’re fully welcome to, and you’d find plenty of support of it here on Newgrounds. It’s good to be able to engage with these kinds of things in healthy ways; you can (and in my opinion, should) post as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. Your call to make!
@DALAP "A"-rated art isn't considered anyway. And so long as we're talking about Art Portal-submissions here, some "M"-rated art has actually been frontpaged in the past.
But as the box reads: "Choose this option if you feel your work is inappropriate for an award." check or uncheck according to your own sensibilities.
The only reason this ( https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/931383 ) did not get into the Movie Portal top 5 on the day it was released was that InfestedPear unchecked said box.
If posting those won't "harm" you or your work I say do it! Art is art, in any form it comes

I would say go for it. Any kind of art I think should be seen. Not just made and locked away pretty much
